Who we are
The controller is ETIOCA Holding (Gibraltar) Limited (company no. 120809), Madison Building, Midtown, Queensway, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, acting for the ETIOCA group. Contact: welcome@etioca.com.
What we collect
What you enter in our forms: your name, email and city for launch news, and for brand enquiries also your company and message. The store is not open, so we collect no orders or payment details.
Why we use it
To tell you when the Board Store opens in your city, and to reply to brand enquiries. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Sharing and storage
We never sell your data. It is held by our hosting, database and email providers (Vercel, Upstash and Resend), which may process it outside your country under appropriate safeguards, and is shared only within the ETIOCA group. We keep it for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent, by emailing welcome@etioca.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK, the CNPD in Luxembourg or the Datu valsts inspekcija in Latvia.
